Can Bond exceed 4 weeks?

The answer is No. The rental bond is held with the NSW Rental Bond Board and is described as a 'security deposit' paid at the beginning of each new tenancy and is not to exceed more than 4 x the weekly rental amount.

It starts with our detailed application form which allows us to confirm details listed by the applicants re; current rental and previous rental history, employment (current and past) and checking details through a specific agent database i.e. TICA. With the background check of each applicant /s; this can reduce the risk of placing a bad tenant in your property.
