Amanda Rasmussen brings 25 years of experience in the property management industry, having built her career across all facets of residential property management. She began as a receptionist straight out of school at the age of 18 through a real estate traineeship and progressed through roles including Property Officer, Property Manager, Sales Assistant and Senior Property Manager. This extensive career progression has provided her with in-depth industry knowledge and practical expertise.

Amanda is a Class 1 Licensed Real Estate Agent in New South Wales and is recognised for her strong work ethic, authenticity, passion, and integrity. She established AJR Property Management P/L to bring her vision to life, creating a dedicated residential property management agency offering a personalised, mobile service designed to deliver a higher standard of care for her clients including landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers.
